Pres. Ann has established a lunch menu committee for the Holiday Restaurant to coordinate the monthlymenu with the restaurant. The goal is to provide lunches that members will find enjoyable while helping the restaurant be as efficient as possible. Ultimately, lunch menus will be set for a month at a time.

An alternate option of a salad with grilled chicken can be arranged, but it must be called into the restaurant no later than 11am on the day of the meeting. This is the only option to the menu of the day.

The committee includes Katy Francis, Barbara Voutus, Peter Lang, and Dave Elmore. Members are encouraged to make suggestions to the committee.
